How much is a service call?
Our service call is $99. It is waived when you approve the repair, so you only pay for the repair itself.
What warranty do you give?
Every repair comes with a 30-day parts and labor warranty from the date it's completed. If the same problem comes back in 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
What if the part you replace doesn't fix it?
We diagnose again. If the first fix wasn't the real problem, we give a new estimate at a reduced rate, which can be a refund or a discount on the final repair.
How fast can you come out?
Same-day appointments are often available. Call or schedule online and we will book the soonest open slot, with a two-hour arrival window. We give a two-hour arrival window, not an all-day wait.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can give a general range, but a technician has to inspect the appliance before quoting a firm price. You approve that price before any work starts.
What brands do you repair?
Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, Kenmore, Speed Queen, KitchenAid, Bosch, Electrolux, Amana and most other major brands.
What areas do you serve?
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise and Boulder City.
Is it worth repairing my appliance?
If it's under about 10 years old and the repair costs less than half of a new one, repair usually makes sense. If it doesn't, our tech will tell you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Jackpot Appliance Repair LLC is licensed and insured, and our technicians are background-checked through Google Local Services.
Do you work with home warranty companies?
Yes, we accept dispatches from home warranty companies we're approved with. Call to check your plan.
Do you service rentals and property managers?
Yes, including short-term rentals. We can document every visit for owners.
